Terms of Use
santinystore.com is the catalogue of SANTINY clothing for the court, the trail and the water. It is a place to read what a piece is made of, how long it is, how many pockets it carries and how it is cut before you buy it. It is not a shop till.
Where the sale happens
Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. They set the price you pay, they hold the stock, they ship it, and their returns policy is the one that applies to the parcel.
How to read a price here
A figure on this site is the one from our last catalogue update, and it can move between updates. Where the two disagree, the till is right. A piece with no live offer does not carry a stale number: it leaves the site at the next build and comes back when it is on sale again. How the figures are refreshed, and which sources stand behind the sun and label claims, is set out on how we update the catalogue.
How to read a length
Where a card prints a length in inches, it is the inseam of a short or the length of a skirt, measured on the garment rather than on your leg. A 5-inch and a 9-inch hiking short from the same family are two different purchases with two different pages here, because the length is the first thing you choose and the colour is the second.
How to read a size
Sizes run XS to 4XL depending on the cut, and the card prints the run for that piece. A size letter describes the garment, not you: hold the chart on the buying page against your own tape rather than against the letter you buy in jeans. Between two sizes on a skort or a short with a built-in liner, the larger letter leaves room to sit and swing; the smaller one sits closer standing still.
UPF, fabric and washing
A UPF figure on a card is the figure from our product data, printed as the label gives it, and it describes dry, unstretched cloth: a garment that is wet or pulled tight lets more sun through, and the sources named on the page say so. Fibre content on a card comes from the same data and describes the cloth. The label sewn into the garment is the document that governs washing, and where it and a page here disagree, the label wins. Nothing on this site promises how a piece holds its colour, its stretch or its water resistance through a season.
What we do not promise
Nothing here is medical advice, and no page on this site claims that a piece of clothing changes your body, prevents a sunburn or improves a performance. The pages describe how a piece is cut, how long it is, what it carries and what it is made of. What that does for you on a court or a beach is between you and the day.
The pictures and the words
The photographs and the text on this site are ours or our suppliers'. Take a paragraph for a quote with a link back and we will not mind; take the catalogue wholesale and we will.
