Are SANTINY cotton sweatpants really cotton on you?

A cotton blend with spandex through it, and the buyers who care about that write that it feels like cotton and washes like cotton. One four-star comment on the front page says the waist came up tight on an XXL and the leg long on five foot four, and the 27-inch cut exists for that leg.

Which SANTINY joggers are long enough for you at five foot ten?
